Hybrid Full Time Bio & Pharmacology & Health

  • Integrate the company's technology into Cardiac Cath, Hybrid OR and IR Labs of new and existing ACIST accounts
  • Install ACIST equipment/devices within the assigned territory
  • Educate and train customers on optimal equipment/device usage
  • Provide procedural, case, clinical, demonstration, and evaluation support
  • Build relationships with physicians, management, technicians, nurses, educators, Bio-Med staff, and other customer contacts
  • Identify training needs and execute product adoption activities
  • Use consultative selling to convert non-adopters and drive consumable utilization
  • Develop strategies with the Territory Sales Manager to meet sales projections
  • Address product issues and ongoing customer needs through cross-functional collaboration
  • Maintain customer activity, profile, installation, and assessment records in Salesforce.com
  • Conduct site and staff assessments, system setup, testing, OEM integration, training coordination, and documentation
  • Ensure proper techniques, proficiency, and patient safety in ACIST device use
  • Communicate with Engineering, Service, Marketing, Sales Administration, and other internal teams

Requirements

  • Minimum RCIS, RN, RT or related health care license
  • 3 years of clinical experience in an interventional or peripheral cardiovascular laboratory, or thorough knowledge of current interventional practices and procedures
  • Ability to conduct high-impact presentations during training and customer presentations
  • Strong persuasive, objection-handling, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
  • Team contributor competencies: Action Oriented, Perseverance, Learning agility, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment consistent with organizational and department guidelines
  • Ability to learn and implement the Vital Signs process and complete baseline assessments in Salesforce.com
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 70-80% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including vendor credentialling and periodic drug screenings
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: 5+ years of clinical experience in a diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular laboratory utilizing the ACIST contrast delivery system
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Scrub experience preferred
