Clinical Specialist - Kansas City / Oklahoma City
A rapidly growing global medical technology company is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support advanced interventional procedures across Kansas and Oklahoma. Candidates should reside in either the Kansas City or Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
This field-based role partners closely with physicians, nurses, technologists, and hospital leadership to ensure successful technology adoption, deliver clinical education, and provide procedural support throughout the customer journey. The Clinical Specialist also collaborates with the sales team to drive utilization, improve customer satisfaction, and support new account implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and procedural support in cardiac cath labs, hybrid ORs, interventional radiology, and vascular environments
- Educate physicians and clinical staff on best practices, workflow optimization, and safe technology utilization.
- Lead product installations, onboarding, and staff training for new customer sites.
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, technologists, managers, educators, and biomedical engineering teams.
- Identify training opportunities and implement strategies to increase clinical adoption and utilization.
- Partner with the Territory Sales Manager during evaluations, customer implementations, and ongoing account support.
- Document customer activities and maintain accurate account information within CRM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with service, marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- RCIS, RN, RT, or equivalent clinical credential.
- Minimum of 3 years of Cath lab, interventional radiology, vascular, or peripheral cardiovascular experience.
- Required: Hands‑on experience with ACIST capital equipment , including one or more of the following.
- CVI (Contrast Delivery System) - highest priority.
- HDI (IVUS)
- RXI (FFR)
- Strong presentation, communication, and clinical training skills.
- Ability to influence clinicians and effectively solve problems in fast‑paced procedural environments.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel approximately 70-80%, including frequent day travel and overnight travel throughout the assigned territory and surrounding region
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and meet hospital credentialing requirements.
- Base Salary: $109,000-$119,000-based on experience
- AnnualBonus: Up to $30,000
