Territory: Charlotte & Greenville | Field-based role with regional travel
We are partnering with an innovative growth-stage surgical technology company to support the continued expansion of its minimally invasive surgical platform across the Charlotte and Greenville markets.
This field-based position will focus on supporting surgeons in the operating room, driving clinical adoption, and acting as a key partner to surgical teams throughout the customer journey.
We are seeking a clinically focused professional with hands‑on OR experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of minimally invasive procedures alongside the ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons and perioperative staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide procedural support to surgeons and OR teams during minimally invasive cases
- Serve as a primary clinical resource for surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff during product use
- Support account growth and product adoption through strong clinical engagement and relationship building
- Deliver hands‑on education and training to surgical teams during onboarding and ongoing use
- Gather clinical feedback and insights to support product optimization and commercial strategy
- Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to support customer success and market expansion
- Represent the organization at training programs, workshops, and industry events
- Maintain accurate records of case activity, customer interactions, and clinical observations
Qualifications
- Degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related healthcare discipline
- Operating room experience supporting minimally invasive surgical procedures
- Previous medical device experience preferred, ideally within a high‑growth or entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with surgeons and OR staff
- Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic field‑based role
- Willingness to travel throughout the Charlotte and Greenville territory as needed
