Clinical Services Leader — Patient Experience & Training

Stanton Optical in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support clinical goals under guidance from the Clinical Operations Department. You will often act as Manager on Duty to help achieve store objectives.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership, an associate degree or higher, strong communication, and a commitment to mentoring staff. Optical or clinical experience preferred.
