Clinical Services Lead — Train & Elevate Care

Now Optics, a Stanton Optical brand, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to partner with the Brand Manager in a on-site store setting. You will supervise the team to achieve clinical and sales goals, champion HIPAA-compliant patient care, and mentor technicians across diagnostic testing, refraction, and contact lens services.

You will model excellence in customer service, train staff on clinical protocols, and ensure accurate patient records while maintaining store standards.
