The Company

Our client is a fast growing site network that currently has over 30 sites and constantly expanding! They focus on diversity in their trials including therapeutic areas: oncology, cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines. Their sites conduct studies spanning Phases I-IV and they've been awarded for excellence in recruitment and recognized in the industry for retention, a best-in-class experience for patients and sponsors.

The Role:

• Responsible for site-level operations and financial metrics such as budget targets, reports, and continuous improvements
• Lead, develop, mentor, and engage a team of operations managers to execute strategy
• Drive performance, coaching, and development of staff
• Own the P&L for the site
• Recruit, train, develop and retain staff including assessing performance, recognition, and performance coaching
• Identifies training needs
• Serve as the change, culture and engagement champion, driving People and Culture initiatives for the site in partnership with site level management.
• Direct specialty recruiting strategy
• Work closely with the Quality and Risk teams, team leads/site managers and department managers to establish and maintain SOPs and policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices, federal regulations/ICH guidelines, HIPAA laws and sponsor protocols.
• Participate in pre-study, ongoing and close-out monitoring visits with sponsor/(CRO) representatives.
• Ensure the safety of study participants through appropriate training of staff and by working closely with Scientific and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure continuous high-level involvement by principal investigators as required by FDA regulations/ICH guidelines and SOPs by maintaining frequent communications with and training of physician investigators and their staff.
• Ensure data integrity by working closely with Quality Control (QC) for the timely submission of quality data to our sponsors.
