Clinical Research Recruiter

Assisting with the recruitment of potential subjects for clinical studies, the remote Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will conduct pre-screening, make outbound calls, and network with patients while ensuring compliance with study protocols. Key responsibilities Reviews study protocols and conducts pre-screening of patient records for study placement Conducts recruitment calls, answers patient inquiries, and schedules research appointments Updates potential subject information in the database and tracks trends in patient participation Required qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of clinical research patient recruitment experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms for recruitment Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus
