Clinical Research Recruiter

Assisting with the recruitment of potential subjects for enrolling studies, the remote Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will conduct pre-screening, make outgoing recruitment calls, and manage patient interactions in accordance with study protocols. Key Responsibilities Reviews study protocols and conducts pre-screening of patient records to ensure correct placement within studies Matches potential subjects' needs to current or upcoming research studies and schedules research appointments Enters and updates the status of potential subjects in the database, tracking trends in patient acceptance of clinical trial participation Required Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Prior clinical research patient recruitment experience required Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms for recruitment purposes Experience with simple graphic design tools such as Canva
