Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise to train and refine AI systems in anesthesiology workflows
- Review, annotate, and interpret clinical datasets for AI model development
- Simulate perioperative and pain management scenarios to validate AI outputs
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to improve model accuracy
- Document medical decision-making processes for interdisciplinary teams
- Support quality assurance, patient safety assessment, and regulatory compliance efforts
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist (MD or DO) with active clinical experience
- Strong expertise in perioperative care, airway management, and pain management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with clinical documentation and patient safety protocols
- Comfort with digital platforms and clinical informatics tools
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting
