Compensation Range

$47,964.80 – $128,939.20. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, education, certifications, licensure, and applicable skills.

Responsibilities

  • Present trial concepts, objectives and treatment details to potential patients for various cellular therapy trials, while conducting detailed assessment and screening to determine their eligibility.
  • Participate in the informed consent process and enroll patients on protocol.
  • Perform computer‑based tasks with limited direct patient care in a non‑RN Clinical Research Coordinator role.
  • Collect and maintain regulatory documents in accordance with USOR SOP and applicable regulations; schedule, monitor, and audit visits and interact with monitors and auditors onsite.
  • Coordinate patient care in compliance with protocol requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians to review patients for changes in condition, adverse events, concomitant medication use, protocol compliance, and response to drug study, documenting all findings.
  • Work directly with other research bases and/or sponsors.
  • Oversee the preparation of physician orders to ensure protocol compliance.
  • Communicate with physicians regarding study requirements, dose modification needs, and adverse event reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical research preferred.
  • Experience with computer data entry and database management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures such as protocols, informed consent, and regulatory documents.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
  • Current RN licensure in Virginia preferred.
  • Current BCLS or ACLS certification required.
  • OCN, SoCRA, or ACRP certification preferred.

Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
