The Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) manages clinical trials for patients with lymphoma. This role coordinates trial protocols, ensures patient safety, and collects high-quality data. The CRN acts as a vital bridge between lymphoma patients, oncology physicians, and clinical trial sponsors.Key

Responsibilities

  • Patient Management : Screen, recruit, enroll, and educate patients on lymphoma clinical trials.
  • Trial Coordination : Schedule research visits, diagnostic tests, and protocol-specific laboratory testing.
  • Clinical Care : Administer investigational products and monitor patients for adverse events (AEs).
  • Data Integrity : Document research data accurately in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Maintain regulatory binders and adhere to FDA, ICH-GCP, and Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines.
  • Collaboration : Partner with principal investigators, pharmaceutical sponsors, and the hematology-oncology care team.

Required Qualifications

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensure : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Certifications : BLS certification required.
  • Skills : Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and data management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of oncology, hematology, or clinical research nursing experience.
  • Certifications : Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) designation.
