Role Responsibilities
- Write “golden” FIH dose rationales and escalation strategies for representative drug programs.
- Translate senior translational decision-making heuristics into clear, structured rubrics for AI evaluation.
- Identify when model-based recommendations are insufficient and surface real-world decision trade-offs.
- Provide governance-level reasoning around dose selection, exposure, safety, and translational risk.
- Convert narrative judgment into explicit decision rules that reflect best practices in clinical pharmacology.
Requirements
- Strong years of experience in translational or clinical pharmacology roles within major biopharma, biotech, or consulting.
- Direct experience owning FIH starting dose, SAD/MAD designs, and Phase 2 dose selection for multiple assets.
- Strong ability to integrate tox, PK, PD, potency, and MoA data into actionable dose decisions.
- Skilled at defending dose/exposure rationale in front of senior leadership or regulatory teams.
- Experience leading clinical pharmacology strategy for ≥2–3 assets.
- (Important) Not just a modeling profile — must have real decision accountability.
