To advance clinical research initiatives, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Clinical Research Associate will engage with investigative sites, ensure compliance with trial protocols, and enhance data integrity while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing information on clinical trials and fostering strong partnerships Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory standards Implement customized site engagement strategies and assess recruitment and retention plans based on patient journeys Required qualifications Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills in a dynamic environment Ability to leverage technology and critical thinking to address clinical site issues effectively
