Supporting clinical trial operations remotely, the full-time In-house Clinical Research Associate II will manage site-related documentation, assist with study materials, and provide mentorship to team members while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Coordinate study materials and assist with site-related documentation for the Trial Master File (TMF) Conduct remote monitoring and support field Clinical Research Associates with site management tasks Mentor and train in-house team members, ensuring timely achievement of site management deliverables Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science Minimum of two years of clinical research experience, specifically in CNS/Neurology Good understanding of clinical research principles, FDA/EU regulations, and ICH Guidelines Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and standard operating procedures Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
