To advance clinical research initiatives, the full-time Clinical Research Associate I will manage site engagement, training, and monitoring activities remotely while ensuring compliance and data integrity across clinical trials in the Little Rock, Arkansas, Memphis, Tennessee, and Shreveport, Louisiana regions. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing information on clinical trials and enhancing AbbVie's positioning Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory standards Develop and implement site engagement strategies to improve recruitment, retention, and overall study performance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a health-related field (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) Experience in clinical research coordination or data management Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP Guidelines Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships across teams Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
