Join us in our mission to enhance the well-being of our patients and residents while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesThe MDS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and completion of clinical assessments, supporting documentation, care planning and transmitting the MDS, as required by federal and state regulations.Manage all Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents at the nursing center to assure appropriate reimbursement for services provided.
