• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse, or (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner, or (OT) Occupational Therapist, or (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (SLP) Speech‑Language Pathologist, or Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree
