Clinical Registered Dietitian – Part-Time/Hybrid

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Schedule: 25–30 hours per week

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Approximately 50% Remote, with 2–3 on-site visits per week

Compensation: $32.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Travel: Paid travel time at the regular hourly rate

Position Overview

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian for a flexible, part-time hybrid opportunity supporting a skilled nursing facility.

This position offers 25–30 hours per week , with approximately 50% of responsibilities completed remotely and 2–3 on-site visits per week . Enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and paid travel time.

Key Responsibilities

Complete nutritional assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor resident progress.

Provide nutrition education and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Monitor weight trends, nutritional status, and appropriate interventions.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations.

Conduct monthly kitchen sanitation audits and semiannual menu reviews.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other nutrition-related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.

Current Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Current Pennsylvania state licensure/certification, as required.

At least one year of clinical experience preferred.

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and applicable nutrition regulations.
