Key responsibilities Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and screen candidates for anesthesia positions Negotiate contract terms with candidates and facilitate the onboarding process Conduct market research and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements throughout recruitment Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in the anesthesia specialty Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
