Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator

Ensuring the highest standards of case report quality and compliance, the full-time Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews, support the Quality Assurance Department, and address client inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform quality assurance reviews of peer reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards Verify that all recommendations are supported by current clinical citations and that reports meet professional appearance and content standards Assist in resolving client complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance with company policies Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience preferred Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management for workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, or disability Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment LPN/LVN/RN certification may be required based on business needs
