Clinical Quality & Compliance Program ManagerNovir is an emerging diagnostic biotechnology company with an unmatched team of professionals and trusted partners delivering smart, fast and flexible testing solutions supported by reliable, cost-effective screening products and best-in-class technology.This role is responsible for strengthening clinical standardization, regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, quality improvement, and vaccine program oversight to support Novir's continued growth and operational excellence.What You'll Do:Lead and support clinical quality, compliance, and risk management initiatives across the organizationDevelop and maintain standardized onboarding, education, and competency programs for clinical staffOversee quality assurance activities including documentation audits, corrective action planning, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CDC, state immunization, and customer requirementsManage registry and EMR governance, including access oversight, documentation integrity, and workflow standardizationAnalyze operational and quality data to identify trends, support reporting, and provide actionable insights to leadershipPartner with operations and clinical leadership on vaccine program implementation, process improvement, and operational readinessAssist with policy development, program standardization, and scalable clinical infrastructure initiativesKey Qualifications We're Looking For:RN required; healthcare administration or clinical operations experience preferredExperience in healthcare quality, compliance, clinical operations, education, or program managementKnowledge of immunization programs, EMRs, HIPAA, and regulatory requirementsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience developing workflows, policies, and training materials preferredPreferred Experience:Multi-state healthcare operationsVaccine or immunization program managementLong-term care, senior living, or onsite healthcare servicesAudit, accreditation, or compliance supportWhat Success Looks Like:Improved compliance and audit readinessStandardized onboarding and competency validationImproved quality oversight and documentation consistencyIncreased visibility into operational and quality metricsStronger clinical infrastructure to support scalable growthPerks of Working @ Novir:Competitive total compensation offeringsGenerous paid time off policyMedical, dental, and vision insurance, some of which is covered by the companyCompany provided Disability and Life InsuranceOpportunity to build something incredible while being surrounded by intelligent, hardworking and motivated coworkersNovir is a fast-growing startup with a work hard, play hard attitude.
