Clinical Psychologist (PhD / PsyD) – Autism Diagnostic Assessments
Licensed Clinical Psychologist role conducting autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnostic evaluations using ADOS-2, ADI-R, and related standardized tools. Full-time, salaried, 100% clinical, no billing.
A well-established, highly reputable autism services organization is expanding its diagnostic services across Florida and hiring a licensed Clinical Psychologist for a 100% clinical, salaried role with a hybrid structure, strong infrastructure, and a proven track record of psychologist retention.
What you'll do:
- Conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations for pediatric patients, with a focus on children ages 10 and under
- Perform clinical interviews and direct/indirect assessments using ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar instruments
- Score, interpret, and integrate assessment data; share anticipated findings with families at the conclusion of evaluations
- Prepare high-quality diagnostic reports with clear recommendations for families and referral sources
- Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with senior psychologists as needed
Schedule & model:
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) or part-time (18 hrs/week) options
- 5–7 diagnostic assessments per week; assessments typically 2.5–4 hours
- On-site assessments + remote report writing (hybrid, built for focus and sustainability)
- Clinic location options across the Orlando region: Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Lake Mary, Winter Garden, Kissimmee, ChampionsGate

Requirements:
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
- Active Florida psychologist license, or ability to obtain
- Experience with autism screenings and diagnostic evaluations; proficiency with ADOS-2, ADI-R, or similar tools
- Strong clinical judgment, written/verbal communication, and a family-centered approach
- Newly licensed psychologists with relevant diagnostic training will be considered
- Starting salary $120K–$130K+ DOE (negotiable), with 2–3% annual increase potential
