Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and annotate clinical interactions for AI training and evaluation
- Provide expert feedback on psychotherapy and clinical assessment datasets
- Develop and refine scenarios for psychological testing within AI systems
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve AI clinical reasoning
- Apply cognitive behavioral therapy frameworks to guide AI responses
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and psychological best practices
Requirements
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
- Strong experience with clinical assessment and psychotherapy practices
- Strong experience applying cognitive behavioral therapy frameworks
- Strong experience with psychological testing and research methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with compassionate clarity
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
