LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based mental health care in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role includes diagnostic evaluations, individual and group psychotherapy, treatment planning, and outcome-focused care for diverse populations. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic interviews and psychological assessments
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Deliver services via both in-person and telehealth platforms
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and care coordination
- Uphold ethical, legal, and organizational standards for patient care
- Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives
- Clinical interviewing and diagnostic assessment
- Administration and interpretation of psychological tests
- Evidence-based psychotherapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
- Treatment planning and clinical formulation
- Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Risk assessment and crisis intervention
- Telehealth service delivery and technology use
- Multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Outcome measurement and data-informed care
- Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in psychology

Qualifications
- Active state Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD)
- Completion of APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program
- Supervised clinical internship/residency in psychology
- Board certification in Clinical Psychology (ABPP) preferred
- Telehealth competency and HIPAA training
- Credentialing with major insurers/payer panels
