LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based mental health care in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role includes diagnostic evaluations, individual and group psychotherapy, treatment planning, and outcome-focused care for diverse populations. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered treatment. Clinicians are expected to maintain accurate documentation, uphold high ethical and quality standards, and engage in case consultation. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic interviews and psychological assessments
  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver services via both in-person and telehealth platforms
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and care coordination
  • Uphold ethical, legal, and organizational standards for patient care
  • Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Clinical interviewing and diagnostic assessment
  • Administration and interpretation of psychological tests
  • Evidence-based psychotherapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
  • Treatment planning and clinical formulation
  • Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
  • Risk assessment and crisis intervention
  • Telehealth service delivery and technology use
  • Multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • Outcome measurement and data-informed care
  • Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in psychology

Qualifications

  • Active state Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD)
  • Completion of APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program
  • Supervised clinical internship/residency in psychology
  • Board certification in Clinical Psychology (ABPP) preferred
  • Telehealth competency and HIPAA training
  • Credentialing with major insurers/payer panels
