Role Overview
Jobot is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based psychological services to adult clients within a professional, tech-enabled practice environment. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver individual and group psychotherapy. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary providers, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and apply data-informed approaches to care. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy to diverse adult clients
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and referral partners
- Use digital tools and data to monitor outcomes and adjust care plans
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed
- Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options
- Participate in supervision, training, and case consultations
- Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for clinical practice

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) in relevant state
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program preferred
- Completion of supervised clinical internship/residency
- Competence with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
- Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards in psychological practice
