LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy in a patient-centered, hybrid practice. In this role, you will deliver individual, group, and family therapy via both telehealth and in-office visits, focusing on accurate diagnosis, collaborative treatment planning, and measurable symptom improvement. - Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and formulate treatment plans
- Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office sessions
- Monitor patient progress using outcome measures and adjust care plans
- Document services and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in the EHR
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality initiatives
- Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in all clinical work
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered practice culture
- Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR)
- Evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
- Risk assessment and crisis intervention
- Treatment planning and documentation
