Led by CEO/Founder Dr. Steven Posar, we provide neuro‑behavioral health services in long‑term care facilities, focusing on complex psychological and medical management for neurocognitive disorders.
What you’ll do
- Provide psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis of neurocognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and vascular dementia.
- Conduct cognitive assessments and condition‑specific therapeutic interventions, including insight‑based therapy.
- Coordinate patient care plans with facility staff, primary care providers, and GuideStar colleagues.
- Engage family members as indicated to support patient care.
What you’ll need to succeed
An active state psychologist license, passion for the geriatric population, knowledge of neurobehavioral science, and a desire to make a meaningful difference. An HSPP is preferred in applicable states.
