LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality, patient-centered mental health care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform comprehensive psychological assessments, formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses, and deliver evidence-based therapies via both in-office and telehealth visits. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes, participate in case conferences, and contribute to quality initiatives. - Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
- Provide care via both telehealth and in-office appointments
- Monitor patient progress using standardized outcome measures
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, and other clinicians on integrated care
- Document all clinical encounters in the EHR in a timely, compliant manner
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain the highest ethical, legal, and professional standards in practice
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as appropriate
- Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR)
