Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive earnings package with uncapped potential
• Compensation range: $261,000 to $359,000 +, compensation model based on productivity

Qualifications

• Local to and licensed in South Carolina
• Board Certified, unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management and therapy

Location & Schedule

• 2 convenient locations: NE Columbia near Two Notch Rd; West Columbia in St. Andrews area
• Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
• Monday-Friday with evenings/weekends optional
• Flexible hybrid schedule (between office and home) to accommodate work/life balance
• Full-time preferred, part-time available
