Project ManagerEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each projectAllocate roles and responsibilities based on individual team members strengths, skill sets and experience levelsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring organization and/or technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress/performance and maintain all documentationDevelop data analytics, diagrams and process maps to document as neededManage changes to the project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate concerns to management as neededPerform risk management and gap analysis to minimize project and/or tasks at riskUpon project completion, conduct a lessons learned session to identify areas of weakness, success and make recommendationsRequirements:Proven work experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Visio and WordProject Management Professional certification is preferredBachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceDepartment Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Attend meeting on behalf of the CMO, represent his/her position and report back to the CMOData analytics: Source, create and conduct non-project related data analysis as requested. This includes, but not limited to, ongoing report management and dashboards.Other Responsibilities:Adheres to downtime procedures.Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.Performs both essential and non-essential job functions in a safe manner as identified by Humboldt Park HealthDemonstrates an understanding of and models the mission and core values of Humboldt Park Health.Enhances professional growth and development by accessing educational programs, job related literature, in-service meetings, and workshops/seminars.Checks, maintains and responds daily hospital emailPerforms other related duties as assigned.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
