Monday-FridayPay rate: $92,000 - $106,500/annuallyBenefits:Health, dental, vision insurance/additional voluntary insurancesCompany-paid life insurance/employee assistance programsGenerous paid time off accrualTuition reimbursement/loan repayment options401k with company match up to 7%Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwideThe Clinical Program Director is responsible for:The oversight of the day-to-day operations of SUDT services delivered at the assigned MA DOC location(s)Ensuring that clinical services are delivered in accordance with Spectrum's clinical philosophy and design, in accordance with evidence-based practices and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodiesDisplaying knowledge with respect to all governing regulatory bodies and accreditation standards as they pertain to clinical servicesMaintaining a clinical caseload, as needed, to support patient care and SUDT operations.Working closely with the Executive Clinical Director and other management staff to ensure smooth operation, the delivery of quality services, and the coordination of all clinical servicesQualifications:Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician or LADC-1 requiredMinimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling preferredExperience working with DPH licensing requirements, NCCHC standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferredMinimum of three years' experience in a substance use disorder treatment, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required
