Clinical PPM Senior Manager / Associate Director

(Bilingual: English & Mandarin | Oncology & Non-Oncology)

Department: Clinical Development

Reports to: Chief of Staff to the CMO office

Location: Boston, MA (hybrid; minimum 3 days/week in office)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Program Senior Manager / Associate Director to support our growing clinical development portfolio. This role will work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CMO and cross-functional program teams to coordinate and drive the execution of ongoing clinical development activities across oncology and non-oncology programs. A key focus of the role is to bridge, streamline, and coordinate ex-local and local clinical development programs, ensuring alignment of plans, timelines, and decisions across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge, streamline, and coordinate ex-CN and China clinical development programs to ensure alignment across regions and teams.
  • Track program timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple studies and development initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and Translational teams.
  • Organize and support cross-functional program meetings and development reviews, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
  • Maintain integrated development timelines and ensure alignment across internal teams.
  • Identify program risks and proactively coordinate mitigation strategies.
  • Support preparation of development updates, internal reports, and leadership presentations.
  • Assist in portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource coordination.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical clinical development, program management, clinical operations, or life science consulting (minimum requirement).
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS).
  • Strong understanding of global clinical development and clinical trial execution.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional drug development programs.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience in oncology drug development and/or non-oncology therapeutic areas such as immunology, CVRM or other indications.

Language Requirement

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support collaboration with global teams and cross-regional stakeholders.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary Range:

  • $165,000–$210,000 annually. Final title and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
