Banner Health is seeking a Population Health Clinical Pharmacist to support value-based care initiatives within the Insurance Division. You will communicate with patients and providers, lead pharmacy-related Stars measures, and help implement cost-saving pharmacy initiatives.
You will oversee daily activities of pharmacy technicians and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient care and outcomes. Some CO licensure may be pursued in the future to expand business.
