Clinical PHP Program Manager—Pediatric Behavioral Health

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System in the Chicago area seeks a Clinical PHP Manager to provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services. You will maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu, perform crisis intervention, facilitate group meetings, coordinate transportation, assist with discharge planning, and help recruit staff.

This role also oversees program implantation, staff training and scheduling, and requires a Master’s degree and licensure in LCPC or LCSW with CADC preferred;
