While supporting the goals and objectives of the hospital and upholding the ethics of the profession of pharmacy, the Clinical Pharmacy Manager facilitates the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies. This position will play a key role in managing operations, logistics, finance, safety, and risk management for the pharmacy department.
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
- Acute Care experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy experience
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position
- Active California Pharmacist License in good standing
