A hospital-based healthcare organization in Northern Oregon is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to provide leadership and oversight for hospital pharmacy services. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity offering a highly competitive salary, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for hospital pharmacy services
• Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate high-quality pharmaceutical care
• Ensure safe and effective medication-management practices
• Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and professional standards
• Support quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and clinical standards
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacists and pharmacy staff
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and other clinical departments
• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Support staff development, education, and professional growth
• Promote patient-centered pharmaceutical care and service excellence

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Current Oregon Pharmacist license
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience in an applicable clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety, and regulatory standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PharmD
• 1+ year of pharmacy management or leadership experience
