Status: Full time, exempt
Shift: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
Weekend Work: every 3rd
On Call: No

Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure

• Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
• Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: PharmD
• Preferred: USP 797/800 experience, BCSCP
