Clinical Pharmacist at Kadlec Regional Medical Center
The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient\'s medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shift
- Full time, Variable, 40 working hours weekly
Required Qualifications
- PharmD - Doctorate of Pharmacy or,
- Bachelor\'s Degree - Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire
- When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license
- Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable
Preferred Qualifications
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
