Responsibilities
- Review 140 to 160 clinical prior authorizations or coverage determinations daily.
- Define and develop standard and custom formularies for the assigned plan.
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's degree or PharmD
- Required: Current state pharmacist license
- Years of experience required: 1 to 3 years
- Disqualifiers: No prior authorization experience
