Summary
Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

- Education – Essential: Bachelors Degree; Nonessential: Doctoral Degree
- Education specialization – Essential: Pharmacy; Nonessential: Pharmacy
- Education equivalent experience – Essential: Required - Bachelors - Pharmacy; Preferred - Doctorate - Pharmacy; Nonessential: Required - Bachelors - Pharmacy; Preferred - Doctorate - Pharmacy
- Credentials – Essential: Pharmacist
- Credential equivalent experience – Essential: Required - Pharmacist - State of Florida; Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists)
- Experience – Nonessential: Acute Care
