To enhance patient care, the remote Clinical Pharmacist (TN/GA Licensed) will provide integrated support to patients and physicians by developing personalized relationships, managing medication adherence, and promoting evidence-based care. Key responsibilities Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies, recommending drug therapy changes as appropriate Oversee daily activities of support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Required qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree Active licensure as a pharmacist in Tennessee or Georgia 1+ years of relevant experience preferred Strong knowledge of specialty medication pharmacology and pharmacy regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and database applications
