To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, a Missouri Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews while working remotely on a contract basis, with a schedule of Monday to Friday and rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members Review medications and clinical information to identify gaps in care and therapeutic opportunities Provide patient education on medications and communicate clinical recommendations to members and healthcare providers Required Qualifications Must reside in Missouri Active and unrestricted Missouri Pharmacist license Strong knowledge of disease-state management and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently in a cross-functional environment Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
