To support patient access to specialty medications, a Remote Clinical Pharmacist - Prior Authorizations will perform clinical assessments, review medical information, and communicate with healthcare providers while working flexible 8-hour shifts in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical reviews of specialty medication prior authorization requests using established clinical criteria and guidelines Evaluate medical documentation and clinical information to support authorization decisions Collaborate with healthcare professionals to collect necessary clinical information and communicate case outcomes Required Qualifications Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Minimum of 1 year of related prior authorization or clinical review experience Experience with specialty medications and clinical review processes Strong knowledge of PBM or health plan prior authorization
