Clinical Pharmacist *Quick Offer*

REQUIRED

• Doctor of Pharmacy from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
• Must have successfully completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY-1) and have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
• Must have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association,
• a USP 797/800 Sterile and Hazardous Compounding Certification,
• Certified by the Board Certification Pharmacotherapy (BCPS),
• One (1) year experience as a licensed Pharmacist in an inpatient setting.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
