The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision ofhigh-quality, individualized, cost-effectivepharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operationalservices in collaboration with the healthcareteam to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications
- PharmD Pharmacy Or
- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered Or
- Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
