Description

A respected nonprofit regional healthcare organization in Northern New York is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its collaborative inpatient pharmacy team. This is a highly clinical “do-it-all” role where pharmacists actively round with physicians while also participating in operational staffing responsibilities. The hospital offers a stable practice environment with strong multidisciplinary collaboration, oncology services, and a patient-centered culture. The position is full-time days with rotating evening and weekend coverage shared among the team. Compensation ranges approximately from $129K–$154K annually depending on experience, with negotiable sign-on assistance, relocation support, and full benefits offered.

Candidates must possess either a PGY1 Acute Care Residency or at least two years of recent/current inpatient acute care clinical pharmacist experience. PharmD, BCPS, and active New York licensure are preferred, though candidates eligible for New York licensure will also be considered. This opportunity is not open to retail-only backgrounds unless combined with qualifying acute care clinical experience. The ideal candidate will enjoy practicing in a smaller community environment and value strong team collaboration within a hospital-based inpatient setting.
