ICU Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity (7on7off - Nights)We’re partnering with a large, acute-care medical center seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their Internal Medicine team on a 7on/7off night schedule. This role offers a strong blend of clinical rounding, pharmacokinetics, antimicrobial stewardship, and direct collaboration with physicians and care teams.You’ll play a key role in medication management, dosing consults, and clinical interventions, while also contributing to resident and student education through precepting and mentorship.
