Clinical Pharmacist - LT Care, Evening Shift (Mon-Fri)

PharMerica in Wilkes-Barre, PA is hiring a full-time Pharmacist for a non-retail, long-term care setting, with a Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm schedule and no weekend shifts. You will evaluate physician orders, provide clinical recommendations, maintain patient profiles, monitor high-risk medications, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure safe, effective therapy in a regulated environment.
