Pay Range: $52.58-$70.55/hour based on experience

Qualifications
- Open to all experience levels.
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
- New graduates and candidates with retail pharmacy experience will be considered.
- BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college preferred.
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
- Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency or general practice residency/fellowship highly preferred.
- BCPS or specialty Board Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medication therapy, drug interactions, allergies, dosing, and contraindications.
- Ability to provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation monitoring, renal dosing, nutrition support, pain management, and IV-to-PO conversion.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
