- Dispense medications accurately and safely according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve and prevent medication-related issues.
- Utilize the electronic medical record system (EPIC) for pharmacy documentation and communication.
- Adhere to all hospital, state, and federal regulations regarding pharmaceutical services.
- Current Registered Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of California.
- Minimum of one year hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency with pharmacy computer programs and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Strong clinical judgment and thorough knowledge of pharmacology.
